Gomathi Shankar is the Founder of ESEN Support Services. She is a compassionate healthcare professional with over 18 years of experience in aged care, disability support, and hospital care. Her journey began as a Nursing Assistant, where she spent 13 years supporting older adults with dignity and respect. She later qualified as a Registered Endorsed Enrolled Nurse and has spent the past 5 years working in a Public Hospital, delivering safe and high-quality clinical care

Inspired by her hands-on experience, Gomathi founded ESEN to provide person centred, culturally sensitive, and reliable support. Her vision is to create a service where people feel valued, heard, and empowered to live independently and achieve their personal goals.
